The most westerly branch of Buildbase opens on 1 April 2008. Exeter Buildbase is located on a 2.5-acre site on the Matford Park industrial estate to the west of the city. As Exeter’s largest commercial estate the new greenfield branch has a superb location. Manager Tim Parker brings 25 years’ experience in the industry and he has also worked in the area for the last 15 years so has superb knowledge of the local building trade. Assistant manager is Alan Perfett who has moved within Buildbase.

The new branch has all the facilities of an impressive new greenfield site and is preparing to open a Hirebase counter, kitchen and bathroom showroom and landscaping display.
