Delivery will only be arranged to destinations that fall within a local branches standard delivery area. Otherwise a collection facility is available.

Order and Delivery Terms

• Deliveries can only be made to the card holders address

• Orders with a sales value of £200 or over (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge

• Orders with a sales value of £199.99 or less (excluding VAT) will be charged a delivery charge of £15 (excluding VAT)

• A Delivery date will be arranged once the order has been accepted. When you will receive a phone call from your local Buildbase branch.

• This will be adhered wherever possible unless previously notified

• Deliveries are made to kerbside

• All orders must be signed for on delivery

• An additional charge will be made if orders have to be redelivered

• Where goods are returned a restocking fee of 25% of the sales value will be payable
