Simple and smart solutions

JG Underfloor combines ultra-flexible pipe, push-fit manifolds, pipe fixing systems and smart controls to create a stylish, affordable and easy to install underfloor heating system. Available in standard profile of 25mm, ideal for new builds, or in LowFit options of 16 or 20mm, suited to retro-fit applications where lower floor height is a key consideration.

Flexible pipe fixing systems

JG Underfloor offer a wide range of pipe fixing systems to suit any type of project, floor construction or floor covering.

• Screed Pipe Fixing Systems: Staple, Mounting Rail and Floor Panels
• Timber Pipe Fixing Systems: Spreader Plates from Above or Below, Underfit and Overfit
• Single Room Packs: Available for 20m² and 30m² spaces, with each pack including everything you need for installation

All of their pipe fixing systems use ultra-flexible JG Layflat pipe, which easily bends to form pipe circuits and exceeds underfloor heating temperature and pressure levels. JG Layflat pipe is available in 15mm as standard and 12mm low profile sizes.

Preassembled push-fit manifolds

Manufactured to the highest standard, JG Underfloor manifolds are made from stainless steel and are available in a range of sizes from 2 to 12 zones. All manifolds come fitted with brackets and a vibration isolation mount. A unique feature is that pipe connections are all made with easy to use Speedfit push-fit connections. Available with 12 or 15mm push-fit connections for LowFit or standard profile underfloor heating. Integrated within the manifold rail is a pre-assembled automatic air vent, filling valve and flow rate indicators for adjusting flow and isolating the pipe circuits.

Smart heating controls

JG Underfloor Controls give you a stylish and easy to programme range of thermostats in a choice of wired or wirelessly controlled options. These smart generation thermostats when used with JG Underfloor Controls app can be operated remotely and is compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so homeowners can control underfloor heating anywhere at any time.
