For a fixed fee of £399 +VAT per dwelling, our SAP partner Plasmor can provide a total SAP compliance package, which includes air testing.

A Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) rating is the calculation required in order to produce a Predicted Energy Assessment and a compliance checklist. On completion of the project an Energy Performance Certificate will be provided with is required by Building Regulations.

A SAP calculation allows the comparison of energy running costs anywhere in the UK and results in a score from 1 to 100+ for the annual energy cost based on: the elements of structure, the heating and hot water system, the internal lighting, and renewable technologies used in the home. The higher the score the lower the running costs.
