Gloss Paint

Gloss Paint

Gloss paint has a beautiful high shine and professional looking finish. Because of this it is typically used for high traffic trims, such as skirting boards, door frames, decorative trims, windowsills and architrave. A good quality gloss paint will be durable and long lasting, though the area needs to be prepared and primed properly as the gloss and shiny finish will bring attention to any imperfections. Gloss tends to need at least 24 hours to properly set or harden, although there are some quick drying options currently on the market.
Our extensive range of gloss paint includes high-quality and cost-effective options from Armstead, including Armstead Trade Gloss and also from Dulux, including Dulux Once Gloss and Dulux Weathershield Gloss. Our gloss paints come in various colours, such as white, black, light base and deep base. They also come in a variety of can sizes including 2.5L, 5L and 750ML.
As areas which require gloss paint are often smaller, or more intricate, the easiest way to apply is with our fantastic and extensive range of paint brushes or with one of our smaller paint rollers. We would also recommend use of masking tape to ensure a neat finish. You may also wish to consider some of our protective sheets to ensure you keep your work area clean and tidy.
For your other painting needs we also stock a wide range of other paint options including satinwood paint and undercoat paint.
